The hot/cold therapy social experience at Cesar & Stone was exactly what we needed after 1 day of Alpine & 1 day Cross-country skiing. So glad to have experienced the Polar Bear Plunge in Lake Superior in February 🥶. Highly recommend! No photos at the Nordic Sauna, however other beautiful pics of a wonderful w/e get-away in Northern Minnesota❤️

My visit 11/13/2025 - Yes, it sounds a little pricey, but honestly, it’s worth every penny. From the aromatherapy essential oils to the refreshing face spray and the fun snowball cool-down at the end, every detail is thoughtfully done. It’s a fantastic date night or the perfect way to treat yourself. The benefits of hot-and-cold therapy are incredible for both mind and body. I did a private session this time, but I can easily see the group sessions being just as enjoyable. And the dip in Lake Superior? Absolute highlight. Customer service was impeccable—super accommodating with quick follow-up and genuine care. Give it a try; you’ll be surprised by how wonderful it feels. Highly recommend!

I had a great time! The sauna experience is so good for the body. I had the private terrace sauna and I would do it again. It really allows you to enjoy your time. Natalie, the sauna assistant, gave me 3 great oil scents to try out in the sauna. They smelled amazing! I highly recommend this sauna!

WOW. What an amazing sauna experience. Our guide was amazing and super friendly. I was a little apprehensive about the guided session, but it was actually really lovely to feel like someone was taking care of you. The saunas are beautiful and well-maintained. The natural cold plunge was great. I wish there was a Cedar & Stone in every state! Thank you for the amazing experience. We HIGHLY recommend. (Photos are from the next day)

Really enjoyed this experience! The host was lovely and all of the accommodations were comfortable. I booked a social sauna with my husband as a way to connect and socialize with other adults without realizing that it was also kid friendly. We shared the sauna with another couple, and a family of 5. Their kids were great, well behaved and respectful, it just changes the environment when kids are present because it changes conversations and creates a lot more in and out of the space. I recommend the company offer adult only social saunas or have families book private saunas only, especially since to be enjoyed safely, sauna and cold plunges really need to be done in a different way with lots of breaks and ins and outs that may make it less enjoyable for unrelated adults. Overall fun experience that we really enjoyed! My only other criticism is that the railings down the ramp to the cold plunge and along the terrace were metal, which means you can’t really grip on in the winter months without your hands getting stuck. One other suggestion would be to add a small bench inside the dressing stalls and hooks to hang swimsuits. The website gave minimal to no info on what to bring, or expect so I recommend bringing money to tip the host, sandals and maybe a robe. We didn’t receive any booking emails but we did book it less than 24 hours prior to our visit.
